How do I become a SUCOs customer?
Sucosorder.com is an online order shop for commercial clients. This includes wholesale, retail, specialised shops and gastronomy. In order to place an order you must register your company before ordering via sucosorder.com. After the registration we check your data and you receive your login with prices and payment data asap. Then you can login place your orders online.
I am already a Sucos customer - how do I get the login data for sucosorder.com?
Contact us via phone (+49 (0)2131 / 40656-0) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and you will receive your login adress and your password. Alternatively you can reset your passwort under "Forgot Password".
Why do I not see prices in the shop?
The display of prices and the possibility to order is only for registered customers.
Which payment methods are provided?
The payment methods in the shop are individual for each costomer and will be displayed after loging in to the shop. This varies from pre payment, cash payment for pick up customers to debit payment or purchase on invoice. Your individual payment method will be shown in your customer area.
Which shipping method are provided?
We strive for the most economical shipping solution. If shipping by parcel or pallet - we offer a wide range of shipping solutions. If you want, you can also choose "pick up by yourself" in the check out. Method and price of shipping will be individually and automatically shown aftter your login to the shop.
What are the due dates of the products?
Because of technical reasons, we cannot display the 100% correct due dates per articel in the online shop. But to be transparetnt to you, you will get - before the delivery - an email with all the due dates of the articles of your order. Aftrer your ok for all articles, we will ship your order.
