The rum Flor de Caña Añejo Clásico is mild and harmonious with a slight sweetness.

Mild, harmonious, sweet notes of vanilla and caramel
Taste:
Notes of white chocolate and orange essence, with a dry finish, butter, nuts and caramel aromas. A gentle entry on the palate with aromas of brown sugar, orange zest, butterscotch and pepper.
Manufacturing:
The Flor de Caña rums are "single estate" rums, 5 times distilled, storage and maturation until bottling takes place in the same place. They are "single aged", i.e. not blended. Due to the "slow-aged" ripening process, the ripening takes place naturally and without any influence. This gives the rums their own, unadulterated and particularly smooth character. The Rum Classico matures for 5 years in non-air-conditioned cellars and is then clearly filtered. Flor de Caña is the only rum that is produced according to this authentic ripening process and that is allowed to carry the label "slow-aged".
