The cheese bread is a typical Brazilian preparation. The basic ingredients are cassava starch, eggs and cheese. The main features of this product are the crunchiness of the crust and the softness of the dough, it also has a very pleasant cheese and cassava flavor.
The YOKI backing mix is very easy to do.
Dip the contents into a bowl and add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of water. Make a dough. Divide into 8-12 balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees in the oven. Take them out and let them cool for about 5 minutes! They are so delicious when fresh from the oven.
