CAB-RON is filled directly from the barrel into the bottle without any additives - unfiltered and free from CO2 emissions. The premium spirit combines selected matured and extra old rums from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guatemala and Barbados.

Each of the four origins of CAB-RON expresses its unique character. The elegance and well-defined body from the Dominican Republic, the smooth, lingering and aromatic finish from Jamaica, the sweet and easy to combine flavors from Guatemala and the golden amber tones with roasted and bourbon notes from Barbados. An impressive blend with four very differentiated nuances.

This rum reaches its peak in the Bodegas-Catedrales de Jerez, where it is produced. A unique and elaborate ageing process takes place in three different barrels: Ex-Oloroso, Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Pedro-Ximenez. The exquisite selection of woods of different origins and finishes gives CAB-RON its characteristic mahogany color with copper reflections and its aroma of fresh spices with soft licorice notes.

The artisanal and complex production process combines tradition and innovation on both sides of the Atlantic.

A Treasure in a Bottle

The adventurous and daring spirit of CAB-RON is reflected in a pirate-inspired design. The recycled porcelain skull bottle is the work of the famous Spanish artist José Piñero.

Tasting Notes

Exclusive aromas from the combination of oak and sherry wine define the personality of CAB-RON.

Its bouquet is pleasantly mild with vanilla, caramel and nutmeg.

On the palate, this fine rum is dry, spicy and palatable, with a very well-structured body. In the foreground are seductive notes of fresh spices, followed by a hint of dried fruit, which fade into leather and tobacco. Its finish is incredibly aromatic and long.
