Carib Premium Caribbean Lager is a premium beer from Brewery Ltd. based in Champs Fleurs, Trinidad and Tobago. In 1947, Sir Gerald Wight founded the renowned brewery to boost Trinidad's economy, which had traditionally been dependent on sugar and oil production. Since its founding, the brewery has continued to grow and today produces the best-selling beers in Trinidad. Their products are internationally popular and exported to over 30 countries worldwide.
The first Trinidadian beer was created in 1950 and has been a local market leader ever since. is brewed according to a traditional recipe with pure, crystal clear water and a perfect blend of malted barley. The result is a first-class, full-tasting and very harmonious beer.
The light golden lager has a pleasant sweet and fruity aroma with a slight malty character. Its taste is full-bodied, spicy and malty with a slight bitterness and its aromatic finish is long-lasting.
