DATERRINHA Ready Mix for Cheese Bread, 250g

Pão de queijo are cheese rolls popular across Brazil that are made from cassava flour (polvilho). These are available in almost every corner (bakery, snack bar, bistros) and are not only eaten for breakfast. The basic ingredients are cassava starch, eggs and cheese. The main characteristics of this product are the crispness of the crust and the softness of the dough. It also has a very pleasant cheese and cassava flavor.

Preparation note:: In eine Schüssel den Inhalt der Verpackung, zwei Eier, 100 g geriebenen Käse, Salz nach Geschmack, 50 ml Öl, 100 ml Wasser und 100 ml Milch geben. Alles vermengen, bis ein homogener Teig entsteht. Kleine Kugeln formen und mit einem Abstand von 2 cm auf ein Backblech legen. Backen, bis sie goldbraun sind. (Empfehlung: ca. 25 Minuten bei 180 °C)
