EL REY Seasoning Mix for Ajiaco, 20g
Ajiaco is a unique Colombian dish that is particularly popular in the city of Bogota. It is a savoury chicken soup with potatoes and corn on the cob. Small yellow Andean potatoes, called papas criollas, dissolve and thicken the soup during cooking. Ajiaco is traditionally served with avocado slices, capers and mild sour cream.
