GIN CA is the first Peruvian premium gin and the world s first gin to be distilled with high quality sugar cane alcohol. For its production, with the exception of juniper berries (which do not grow in the southern hemisphere), only Peruvian botanical ingredients are used. The botanicals used to make it are fresh, delivered directly by small local producers and processed immediately. All phases of his production process are carried out gently, one after the other, by hand.
Only in this way the maximum control over the development of a real premium gin is achieved. , All bottles are individually hand-labeled and signed by master distiller Eric Rothig López.

GIN´CA ist der erste peruanische Premium Gin und weltweit der erste Gin, der mit hochqualitativem Zuckerrohralkohol destilliert wird. Für seine Herstellung werden mit Ausnahme von Wacholderbeeren (die nicht in der südlichen Hemisphäre wachsen), nur peruanische botanische Zutaten verwendet. Die pflanzlichen Stoffe, die seiner Herstellung dienen, werden frisch, direkt von kleinen lokalen Produzenten geliefert und sofort verarbeitet. Alle Phasen seines Produktionsprozesses werden schonend, eine nach der anderen, per Hand durchgeführt. Nur auf diese Weise wird die maximale Kontrolle über die Entwicklung eines echten Premium-Gins erreicht. .
