In Mexico and much of Central America, a tortilla has become an integral part of the kitchen. KOMALI tortillas are made from corn and can be eaten alone (e.g. straight from the pan with butter), but usually serve as an important outer layer of burritos, tacos and enchiladas.
Tortillas can be filled with meat, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, refried beans, fajitas, peppers and any combination of the above ingredients.
