Wheat for Kibe is one of the most consumed flours in Brazil and an important ingredient in Brazilian food culture. It is the main ingredient in Kibe - ("Kibbeh" is a Syrian-Lebanese dish, brought to Brazil by immigrants). Kibe consists of beef and bulgur wheat, seasoned with garlic, onions, mint and cinnamon. The balls are fried and eaten as a snack in Brazil (also in the raw variant, known as "kibe cru"). Kibe is served with slices of lime and tahini sauce for dipping

Weizenschrot
YOKI was established in Brazil in the 1980s by Yoshizo Kitano, a japanese entrepreneur and immigrant who aimed to bring more convenience to people's lives offering easy, affordable and high-quality products. He has changed the food market over the years by exchanging flours and grains that were sold in bulk for packed products. Furthermore, he introduced microwave popcorn to Brazil and created the first ready-to-eat „farofa“.
The name YOKI has two meanings: it stands for the first two letters of the name and surname of its founder, Yoshizo Kitano (YO - KI). In Japanese it means happiness, achievements, well-being and prosperity.
