Predilecta Gourmet Zero Goiabada is a sugar-free version of the traditional Brazilian guava paste ‘Goiabada’. It has been specially developed for people who need to watch their sugar intake or wish to cut down on calories without having to miss out on the typical flavours of Brazil.
The guava is an integral part of Brazilian culture: guava and cheese is one of the best and most popular Brazilian desserts. The fully ripe flesh of the guava is soft, juicy and slightly grainy due to small stone cells. The flavour is sweet and tangy, aromatic and reminiscent of pears or strawberries.
